I bought my dress from the upstairs section of discontinued, therefore discounted dresses. It was very affordable, but there was boning on the outside of the wedding dress that I didn't like the look of. The people there were very helpful in making suggestions of how to fix the look and their very affordable tailor was able to fix the dress. She tried several different options before we found the right one and she was just very helpful. I also went to Bellisima looking for a fur wrap since I was getting married in the winter and they did not have one in the store that I liked, but the manager called me and had me come over to her house and gave me one of her own to borrow for my wedding! It got so much use during my outdoor pictures and was the perfect thing. The service there from EVERYONE is wonderful and what they do is just fantastic. Awesome place!

We got everything for our October wedding at Bellisima. My dress was a 1200 dress and I bought it off the rack during one of their sales for 60% off. It was an amazing dress, impression 3072, I absolutly loved it. We had a large wedding party 7 bridesmaids and 7 groomsmen, we got all of our dresses and tuxes from there. We worked with Tonetta and she is simpley a bridal God! I don't know how I would have done this without her. She met me on day's off, she opened the shop to accomidate me and my crazy guests. They were great. The tuxes looked amazing on our guys and fit like a glove. They girls dresses were amazing and looked great on them. The service was quick and complete. The girls all recieved a great discount on their dresses (20%) and the guys recieved their tuxes for $80 a piece!

I just wanted to let you know how wonderful it has been to work with you all.  Every single one of you has been so kind and helpful throughout the process of me trying to figure out all of my different accessories and everything I need in the clothing department to make my wedding day exactly what I had imagined.  I am just so thankful for all of you.

Tonetta, you have been such a help and a blessing!  Thank you so much for the use of your fur (cape)…it’s perfect!  :)  I’m so excited to get to use it!  And Linda, your patience with me during alterations and me changing my mind was so appreciated!  You did a fantastic job! You guys are truly lucky to have such a great staff.  :)

Everyone there was such a help during this process.  Thank you all so much.  I hope you all enjoy your holiday season and I will definitely enjoy mine and be completely at ease in my perfect wedding gown!

Hi,

I was in your shop on Thursday and met Tonetta.  I wanted to tell you how helpful and patient she was with me.  I want to thank her for all her help.  I stopped at one other bridal shop on my way home that day and found a dress that fit perfectly.  If I hadn't stumbled onto the dress I bought I would have been back today to buy one from your shop. The BEST With fantastic customer service and incredibly low prices for both my beautiful gown and my bridesmaids' dresses, this was the simplest choice I had to make for my wedding. They followed up and came through on every promise made (even when one of the zippers on a bridesmaid's gown broke the day before the wedding!) and they accommodated my husband and his groomsmen's tuxes as well. **Dream Gown Give Away Contest Rules

  1.  Contest entries are available at all bridal shows at which Bellisima Bridal participates (see website for show schedule) or at the salon.  Just schedule your appointment and we’ll offer you a game card.  Please remind us if we forget.
  2. Entries must be obtained from us before May 1, 2012 (or while 800 last), and must be redeemed by July 1, 2012.  To be valid, entry cards must remain sealed in their envelope and cannot be opened except in the salon in the presence of a Bellisima consultant or employee.  Once cards are opened at the salon, any offer of a gift item or discount must be redeemed within two weeks.
  3. All game cards are winners.  Cards offer discounts from 5 to 30% off merchandize; dozens of prizes like shoes, veils, tiaras, or accessory of your choice with two game cards being dream gown winners.
  4. Instead of pre-selecting what merchandise will be gifts, the discretion is left to the winner to choose their prize.  Discount offers are good on any gown or accessory you would like to purchase.  Offers for specific gifts may be redeemed for merchandise with the following values: veils and other accessories—good for up to $69 on in stock merchandise of the type described in the offer, or $59 on special order merchandise of the same type (i.e., shoe gift card is to be redeemed on the purchase of shoes, etc.) Some cards offer “any accessory” and may be redeemed on any accessory item.  All cards offering specific gifts may be used for a credit in the above specified amounts if a higher priced item is selected.  We encourage you to check our outstanding accessory values; brides often report veil prices at other salons being more than 50% higher than ours on the exact same merchandise, and our prices on shoes from the top designers usually beat the prices that can be found on the internet.   Gown winning game cards are good for in-stock dresses valued up to $800 (we have more than 1000 gowns priced under this value in our store) or special order dresses valued up to $650 or a credit of these amounts on purchase or order of a higher priced gown (e.g., an $800 credit toward the purchase of an in-stock dress priced at $900, or a $650 credit on the special order of a dress priced at $800.)
  5. Game entries are void if not opened inside the salon or if expired by not being used within two weeks of opening, or within the contest timeframes as specified above, and may not be redeemed for merchandise other than as described on the card or per the above terms. Odds of winning a discount or gift is 100%. Odds of drawing a winning gown game piece are 1/400.   All cards must be redeemed in accord with the contest terms to be honored.  Do not open at home.  Limit one entry per bride.
